I was not born as Vayu. I was born as Ganesh Tajane, an ordinary person carrying ordinary dreams, struggles, questions, and uncertainties. Like many others, I searched for meaning through success, relationships, achievement, and identity. Yet beneath every pursuit remained a deeper question: "Why am I here?"
What followed was not a planned spiritual journey. It was a series of experiences, inner transformations, losses, revelations, and encounters that gradually changed the direction of my life.
Call Him a God, a fire, or a silence, but once He enters you, nothing remains the same.
Not a planned path. Not a sudden awakening. Just one honest question that refused to be silenced — and a life that slowly began to answer it.
Vayu was not a name I chose for myself. It was a name I remembered. Through a series of profound spiritual experiences and inner revelations, I came to recognise Vayu as a name connected to a deeper continuity of my journey — a thread that extends beyond this lifetime.
What I encountered was not a new identity, but a strange sense of recognition — as if I was remembering something that had always existed beneath the surface of my life.
Let death come; let it come. Let rebirth come; let it come. Let the suffering come, the pain come; let it come. Whatever stood in between, I will not stop until what must be accomplished is accomplished.
A vision. A calling. A path that could no longer be ignored.
The name Vayu serves as a reminder of that commitment. Not of who I was, but of what I am here to fulfill. Every step of this journey, every page on this website, and every effort toward the vision of Vayu Mahesh emerges from that remembrance.
Whether one sees it as destiny, grace, karma, or the continuation of a journey across lifetimes — Vayu is the name through which I continue the work I have come here to fulfill.
